Review of A1

Last year I created an opening sequence to a Spy Film called 'Joel Beckford: On The Run. I already had some previous knowledge of creating and filming as I used to create small videos on my laptop and also put together a few clips for my old German projects. It was difficult to create a high quality and professional looking production as there were many limitations such as the venue in which we filmed our clips, the lighting and also the fact that we had to use our phones as the cameras rather than an actual DSLR camera. None of us actually had much knowledge on how to use Final Cut Pro either so therefore we had to learn what to do whilst trying to piece together all of our different clips.

This year I hope to spend much more time filming so that we can have a variety of different shot types and also footage so that we can make sure our music video can be of the highest quality but also so that we can execute what we are doing, rather than jumping into it. I believe that we have learned from our mistakes and we can make this piece of work much better than our previous videos. I am going to be researching genres of music video with my partner and I can also explore in detail to create a unique and professional style music video.

Birtipop fashion and style

Kangol Bucket Hats: This particular style of hat became popular during the late 80's 'Madchester' era. They were specifically worn by Artists such as: Elton John, LL Cool J and the Gallagher brothers. Thanks to Oasis and The Stone Roses it stuck around as a Britpop staple. In 2016, the millinery still remains the perfect accessory for any festival fanatic. We can use this style of Fashion within our Music video to recreate one of the biggest fashion statements during the Britpop era. It will also show our knowledge on the fashion of the genre but also the fact that many Artists wear these styles of clothing during their Music videos. Many fishermen used to wear Bucket hats to protect from the rain whilst fishing. Many fans of the Britpop genre started to wear these in Manchester, to protect them from the rain during festivals and concerts. Editing feedback for our final rough edit

This video shows  the specific information which we were given by our audience to help us make our music video even better, we also asked other people their opinion on our video and everyone else also suggested that we definitely need to improve the lip syncing. This is due to the fact that it is not in time and can be edited easily to make sure we change it so that it looks more professional. Besides this minor change we were given positive feedback on our music video and that they enjoyed both the introduction and ending where we included  small parts of the live performance.
